All cancellations and rescheduling must be done by phone or email. 

On-site estimates for visits in the Greater Vernon area and Kelowna are complimentary. However, for areas such as Enderby, Falkland and Penticton, an additional distance charge may apply. 

For specific small projects we offer a Flat rate. 

Project-base rate is based on factors like estimated time, materials, and complexity of the project.
